Main Responsibilities
1. IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 1 IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve common IT problems related to Windows, laptops, printers, and office devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and applications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees (device setup, account creation, access rights).
2. Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Assist users with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive issues.
- Manage password resets, MFA setup, and basic security settings.
- Support mailbox access, distribution lists, and Teams channels.
3. IT Operations
- Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, peripherals, licenses).
- Ensure devices are updated and compliant with company policies.
- Assist with IT documentation and internal knowledge base updates.
- Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
4. User Assistance & Training
- Provide basic training and guidance to users on company tools.
- Promote good IT practices (password security, phishing awareness, etc.).
- Communicate clearly with users to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Good understanding of Windows 11
- Familiarity with:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive / SharePoint
- Active Directory or Entra ID (basic knowledge)
- Basic networking understanding (IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and customer service skills VN & EN
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Previous internship or experience in IT Support / Helpdesk
- Basic knowledge of IT security practices
- Experience with ticketing systems
