Main Responsibilities

1. Job summary

The HR Solutions (Recruitment) Intern role is designed to support sourcing and recruitment activities while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and HR consulting projects. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced consultants, understand market dynamics, and participate in various HR initiatives beyond recruitment.


2. Key Responsibilities 

A. Candidate Sourcing Support

·       Collaborate with the team to develop sourcing channels and create engaging job postings.

·       Support post jobs across multiple platforms to maximize candidate reach.

·       Coordinate with external partners (e.g., headhunters, freelancers) when required.

·       Propose innovative and creative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.

·       Support participation in job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen employer branding.

·       Support ensures a strong and ready talent pipeline for both ongoing and future hiring needs.


B. Recruitment Support

·       Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

·       Assist in organizing interview/casting sessions and ensuring candidate readiness.

·       Support offer preparation, candidate follow-up, and feedback collection.


C. Support Other HR Projects

·       Support other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

·       Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

·       Strong interest in Recruitment/Headhunting/HR Consulting.

·       Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn, can-do attitude.

·       Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
