HR Generalist (L&D & Events)

Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and positive HR Generalist with strong experience in Learning & Development and Event Organization (6 months - 1 year) to join our HR team at SOA. Expected to start in April 2026.
In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative and open-minded team, where sharing, learning, and growing together are highly encouraged. 1. Learning & Development
- Design and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
- Develop training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
- Input and maintain data on L&D tools and related systems, including attendance, feedback, training results and learner evaluations.
- Support and respond to employee queries about L&D programs.
- Stay updated on learning trends, tools, and best practices in corporate training.
2. Event & Communications:
- Plan and execute internal and external events, such as Year-End Parties, Women’s Day celebrations, Mid-Autumn Festivals, and team-building activities, ensuring alignment with company culture.
- Develop and share employer branding content, including social media campaigns, newsletters, backstage, and communication materials.
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance the company’s visibility in talent and professional communities.
- Collect and analyze feedback from events and campaigns to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
3. Digital HR Project Support
- Assist in coordinating digital HR transformation projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address potential risks by escalating when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional HR or L&D certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development and Event Organization.
- Experience working with HR systems and digital tools.
- Design skills (visual content, presentation, or communication materials) are a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
