Main Responsibilities
Content Production for Client Projects
- Create high-quality content for client campaigns, including:
- Social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Website pages & landing content
- Blog articles, insights, presentation and case studies
- Adjust content tone, structure, and storytelling based on different industries, markets and target audiences
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage and operate client social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars based on campaign objectives
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, ensuring timely responses
- Support community growth and interaction across platforms
Visual Content Creation
- Design visuals for digital use (social posts, banners, simple infographics, presentations)
- Support visual direction to ensure content looks professional and consistent for clients
- Coordinate with designers or media partners when needed
SEO-Oriented Content
- Write SEO-friendly blogs and website content for clients
- Conduct basic keyword research and optimize content accordingly
- Follow content best practices to improve organic performance
Client-Based Workflow
- Work on multiple client projects at the same time
- Follow project timelines and content briefs
- Collaborate with Marcom teammates on strategy, execution, and delivery
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation (agency background preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (writing & working level)
- Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Hands-on experience with: Social media content, Website/blog writing
- Basic visual design skills (Canva, PPT, or similar tools)
- Good Understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, on-page optimization, content structure)
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
