Main Responsibilities
- Actively identify and develop new potential customers across three main segments:
Architecture & Interior Projects: Architects, interior designers, design studios, contractors, and project owners.
Small Factories & Workshops: Furniture manufacturers, woodworking factories, and small production workshops.
HORECA: Hotels, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality-related projects.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers, including key contacts, business profiles, and project opportunities.
- Conduct initial outreach through phone calls, emails, social media, and occasional customer visits to introduce our coating solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, identify their needs, and arrange meetings or technical consultations with the sales and technical team.
- Support the preparation of product samples, quotations, customer presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up to gradually convert leads into customers.
- Maintain sales tracking reports, customer information, and order records.
- Assist with basic sales administration and order coordination when needed.
Requirements
- Interns, fresh graduates, or junior candidates from any relevant discipline.
- Basic working English is sufficient; fluency is not required.
- Comfortable using Excel, email, and basic office tools.
- Organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and quick to learn.
- Proactive, hardworking, and willing to support different tasks as the business develops.
