Main Responsibilities
1. Job summary
The Talent Sourcing or Recruitment Marketing Intern role is the perfect first step to kickstart your career in the HR Service & Consulting industry. In this position, you will learn the "heart" of recruitment: how to attract talent, write engaging job posts, and find the right candidates.
Working closely with our Corporate Services & HR Solutions team, you will get a clear, practical view of how a professional agency operates, how to optimize candidate sources, and how to build a talent network from scratch.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Candidate Sourcing Support
- Explore Channels: Learn and support the team in exploring different platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, forums, etc,...) to find potential candidates for back-office, sourcing, procurement, engineering, or operational roles.
- Build Talent Pool: Assist in screening CVs and saving potential profiles into the company's database to create a ready-to-use candidate pipeline.
- First Contact: Support making initial contact (via message or short call) to introduce job opportunities to potential candidates.
B. Recruitment Support
- Content Creation: Turn standard job descriptions into attractive, creative, and student-friendly job advertisements.
- Job Posting: Manage and update job postings regularly on various channels to ensure maximum reach.
- Event Support: Join and support the team in university job fairs or employer branding events when needed.
C. Admin & Learning
- Database Management: Input and update candidate information accurately in the system.
- Team Support: Assist in scheduling interviews or gathering candidate feedback under the guidance of senior consultants.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Recruitment/Headhunting/HR Consulting.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn, can-do attitude.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
- Available for a 6-month internship
