Main Responsibilities

1. Job summary

The HR-Admin Intern role is designed to support daily HR and administrative operations while gaining hands-on experience in contract management, employee administration, payroll and invoicing coordination, and operational support activities. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, understand end-to-end HR and operational processes, and participate in various business support initiatives in a fast-paced working environment.


2. Key Responsibilities 

A. Human Resources Support

·       Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

·       Assist with social insurance requests, employee benefits, and engagement event when required.

·       Support performance review processes and employee backup arrangements when required.

·       Prepare documents such as offer letters, candidate shortlists, labor contracts


B. Admin Support

·       Prepare, track and organize contracts, legal documents, and paperwork.

·       Arrange document submission, signature collection, and contract status.

·       Maintain and update employee, client, and operational data in internal systems accurately and timely.

·       Support monthly invoicing and payroll-related tasks as assigned.

·       Be responsible for vendor administration, payment processing, and related documentation.

·       Conduct market research and benchmarking activities, reports when required.


C. Support Other HR Projects

·       Support other tasks assigned by manager 

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and proactively follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
  • Sincere attitude and willing to learn mindset.
