Content & Creative Marketing Specialist

SOA content production and brand materials

• Prepare and update company marketing materials, including corporate decks, proposals, brochures, presentations, company videos, and other communication assets.
• Ensure all SOA marketing collaterals follow the brand guideline in terms of tone of voice, visual identity, layout, fonts, colors, logo use, and overall consistency.
• Edit and adapt written, static, and video content for different formats and platforms.
• Support the production of printed materials for SOA and clients, including brochures, leaflets, event materials, banners, name cards, and other branded assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, structure content, and turn raw inputs into clear marketing materials.

Social media content management for clients

• Manage content preparation for client social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.
• Adapt content according to each client’s brand, target audience, tone of voice, and platform requirements.
• Prepare captions, visuals, short videos, carousels, reels, and other social media formats.
• Coordinate content calendars, posting schedules, and asset preparation.
• Edit social media content to make sure it is clear, visually strong, platform-appropriate, and aligned with client expectations.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on key marketing metrics across channels
• Provide monthly performance summaries with clear insights and recommendations
• Use data to continuously improve content relevance, channel strategy, and audience targeting

• Experience in content creation, brand communication, social media management, or marketing collateral production
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required
• Ability to use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Acrobat, Figma, After Effects, CapCut and Canva.
