Main Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business
Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between Operation teams and technical
teams. You will support the design, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions (ERP,
CRM, M365, or custom platforms) to improve financial and operational performance.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance, Accounting, and
Controlling departments.
• Map and optimize existing financial processes.
• Draft functional specifications and user stories.
• Support the selection, configuration, and deployment of ERP or digital tools.
• Collaborate with developers and integrators to ensure proper implementation.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain functional documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives.
Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or
related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on digital
transformation or ERP projects
• Functional Skills:
o Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP/AR, closing,
budgeting, reporting).
o Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
• Technical Skills:
o Experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft
Dynamics, Odoo, Sage). Big plus if Odoo
o Knowledge of reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Languages: English is a plus
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong communication, and
ability to work cross-functionally
